Hobbit Quest Journey Home is fairly thin in hand, but is strong and supportive. It’s a perfect all-rounder, working well from newborn to toddlers. This blend is soft straight from the bag with a little cush and a lovely amount of grip, ensuring a secure and snug carry.
The extraordinary adventures of Bilbo and the dwarves are highlighted in silver against black. This vividly illustrates their epic journey to the Lonely Mountain, weaving together key moments like their daring escape through the Misty Mountains, their perilous adventure in Mirkwood, and the iconic barrel ride down Forest River to Long Lake. The contrast between the black and silver creates a dramatic and elegant visual effect balancing storytelling with a functional accessory.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand washing is recommended, although a silk cycle on a known reliable machine may be used at your own risk. Use a suitable silk detergent. Hang to dry, avoiding direct sunlight and iron on a cool setting.

This clever design is set in Lake Town and tells the story of the Dwarves and Bilbo's journey to the Lonely Mountain (which you can see in the background) - they have passed through the Misty Mountains and it shows their escape from Mirkwood, down Forest River into the Long Lake in barrels.
The runes along the borders feature a quote from The Hobbit:
“May the wind under your wings bear you where the sun sails and the moon walks.”
The mirrored design features unique elements on each side, one representing day and the other night. If you look closely you can see Smaug in the sky and some of the characters and creatures that helped them like the Eagles, Beorn and Gandalf.
